Really Funny Parody Songs Article on Funny-Song-Parodies.com

The following is an article about really funny parody songs.I hope this will bring you up to speed on the topic and you feel informed after reading. May you have a nice day and happy reading! I think song parodies are one of the best ways to get a person's attention. First of all, if the writer uses the tune to a well-known or catchy song, it will grab the audience's attention right away. Once the audience is listening, they are going to tune into the words, and then realize that the lyrics are not what they expected! Now you've gotten them listening to every single word the writer is saying....and thus whatever message the writer wanted to get out is out! Song parodies make me laugh, mainly because the ones that I have listened to are from Weird Al Yankovic or from Mad TV. Both Weird Al and Mad TV have a very interesting way of making fun of things: Weird Al just sings about something silly (Like a Surgeon, Amish Paradise), while Mad TV likes to poke fun at pop culture and politics. It's hard to choose a favorite song parody out of the ones that are already...

Examples of Parody Article on Funny-Song-Parodies.com

The following is an article which talks about examples of parody. I hope you walk away feeling more informed about the many examples of parody. May you have a happy reading! I think that Weird Al is a great success story for song parodies because he's made some that are even more famous than the originals. "White and Nerdy" seems to come up just as frequently as the original, Chamillionaire's "Ridin' Dirty". The parodies seem to take whatever makes the original song cool and insult it and twist it around until its just as catchy as the first. Most people already recognize the first song, so its just a matter of getting used to some of the lyrical differences and the songs seem to be hits. I enjoy song parodies a great deal because I think that much of today's popular music is rather poor in taste and deserves to be made fun of. Rap songs seem to be the easiest to parody. This may be because the beats are somewhat simple and often always can be replicated with the use of a synthesizer, the "singing" is more of speaking and can be much more easily created by the average...

Funny Recordings Article on Funny-Song-Parodies.com

The following article is about funny recordings by famous parody writers. You will learn about their work and the titles of their funny recordings. I hope you walk about more informed about the topic at hand. Happy reading to all! Song parodies were just about all I listened to in middle school. Bob Rivers, Weird Al, I loved all of them, learned to sing them from heart, and integrated them into other things I did. They had the great melodies of the pop songs of the day, and the lyrics were funny, they were perfect for adding a small smile to an otherwise unpleasant middle school experience. My favorite was Bob Rivers, though I often didn't understand the things he wrote about. Still, his songs about Star Wars always made me happy, and even today I still remember many of the lyrics. The complicated referential humor of "The Phantom Medley" appealed to the part of me that liked to comb through the song looking for things I had missed, and the lyrics referred to my favorite movie of the moment. As perfect as they are for middle schoolers, there is a point when enough becomes enough, and that was passed...

Funny Music Video Parodies Article on Funny-Song-Parodies.com

The following article talks about funny music video parodies. I hope you walk away feeling more informed about the topic in general. Happy reading to all. Funny song parodies make us laugh and we all need to laugh. There are so many sad songs on the radio and so much depressing news that these song parodies have become a welcome relief. What could be more therapeutic when you are stuck in traffic than a good laugh? Weird Al Yankovic is the undisputed King of song parodies. The real genius of his work is his use of video to promote his songs. He also parodies the original song video and let's face it so many music videos are already ridiculous. One of my favorites is his spoof of the Michael Jackson song "Beat It". Weird Al dresses like Michael Jackson and mimics his moves except he's singing "Eat It" and wearing a fat suit. Another reason I like song parodies is that they help remind us not to take everything so seriously. That goes for many recording artists who are full of themselves. They need to realize that Weird Al is not dissing their song, he's merely recycling it into something...

Funny Song Lyrics and Their Tune

This is about funny song lyrics and their tune. I Love Weird Al. He is so funny with the things he comes up with. I mean I used to listen to him alot in high school. Wow this is going to put a date on me but back in the 1990's. I loved the song "Twister". There are so many good songs that he has done. "Eat It", "Smells Like Nirvana". Wow I can't belive people don't like him. I do know there is some that say they can't stand him. People should listen to him before they say that. I can promise you if they do listen they will laugh. I have a friend that we make fun of because of the song "EAT IT". Oh other songs I loved was "Velvet Elvis", "Good old days" (That is a good song) and oh how could I forget " You Make Me".
After writting this review I will have to go and find my tape so I can listen to them. I mean he has made a good living with doing is he has had alot of Album's out. Starting in 1983 and his newest one was released in 2006....
